These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Mein Flughafentaxi (Sava Nistor, Vienna, Austria, hereinafter "Provider") and customers ("Client") for passenger transport services.
A contract is formed when the Client places a booking via online form, phone or WhatsApp and the Provider confirms it in writing (by e-mail). The booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order.
Fixed prices apply exclusively. The price shown at booking is the final price including all taxes. No surcharges for traffic, detours or waiting (up to 60 min.).
Payment methods: cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), online payment.
Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Under 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
Under 2 hours: 100% cancellation fee.
No-show: 100% of the fare.
Changes (date, time, address) are free up to 24 hours before the ride.
The driver arrives punctually at the agreed time. For airport pickups, the flight is tracked and waiting time is free up to 60 minutes after the actual landing. After this, waiting fees may apply.
The Provider is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for delays due to force majeure (traffic, weather, etc.).
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
Austrian law applies. Jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
